Unraveling attrition and retention: A qualitative study with rehabilitation professionals
This paper reports on the findings of a qualitative study where interviews were conducted with 51 OTs, physical therapists and speech-language pathologists (37 who stayed in their profession, 14 who left their profession) to explore the phenomena of attrition and retention.
